Domonique is fantastic! Not only is she a super nice person and easy to work with, but she helped us get our dream house in a very tough market. I found Domonique through Yelp. From the beginning I liked her because she appeared down to earth, honest and approachable. Thank my lucky stars that we decided to go with her!

This lady is patient, kind and made of steel. We were UNFORTUNATE that a house we fell in love with not only had crazy, creepy owners, but a realtor I would never work with. After weeks of grueling negotiations, the appraisal to this house came in $100K below market value and we refused to pay a penny more than appraisal (crazy to even think we would). I was heartbroken! But, Dominique was right there, helping us find another house. This was important to me because by this time we felt beat up and emotionally exhausted. Domonique did her best to shield us from the ugly realities of real estate, greedy agents, and endless paperwork. Our sale/transaction required that we close THREE houses in one day and the petty agent who represented the buyers of our new house was a brutal dictator about even the smallest of things... this guy should find another line of work!

We are now happily living in what can only be stated as one of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen, with amazing views. She also helped us sell our house and found the PERFECT buyer to leave a home of 20 years.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Dominique is to work with as a realtor. She is exceptionally professional, very caring, very savvy about negotiations, exceptionally responsive and gets things done quickly. There's a very good reason why Domonique has five stars and is ranked number one on Yelp. She's great at what she does. My wife needed to sell her mother's home after she passed away. We met with one real estate agent who handed us three comps that he printed out. We then spoke by phone with Domonique, who several hours later met us with a bound, hardcover BOOK that included comps but tons of other relevant information, too. Yes, it's marketing and she has an amazing team, but it worked. We figured if this is how prepared she is when she meets potential clients, she must be great at selling a house. My wife also liked how easy she was to talk to, very approachable.

The bottom line: The house sold in 5 days for almost 10% above the listing price. This was largely due to Domonique's preparation prior to sale. Her attention to detail enabled the home to go to market totally ready. We followed her advice on upgrades and staging (stylish furnishing of the house, which was otherwise vacant). It really paid off. Although by no means a luxury home, Domonique gave it 110% from start to finish, never once acting as though she had better things to do. There were a few setbacks along the way, but nothing discouraged Domonique and she was always ready with a solution, moving forward. She seems to have an unparalleled knowledge of the market and knew exactly how to handle every problem that arose all the way to the close of escrow. Great communication, too. Always got back to us and answered our questions quickly. My wife and I are so glad we found her. She's the best.

Ordinarily it is wise to hold off on writing a review until after the business conducted has been completed but the purpose of this email is for the benefit of anyone looking for a realtor and wants to know the experience of others.

While it's not as bad as real estate crash of 2008, the constantly rising interest rates have created a buyer's market. This was one of many reasons I decided to sell.

Real estate is certainly no exception to the sales philosophy that people buy things for emotional reasons and then justify their purchase with logic. It is for this reason that home staging is important if you want to sell faster and increase the sales price. One of many things which made Dominique stand out is that she knows this and has her own staging business on the side of her real estate business. Out of curiosity, I had two home staging comps quote me for the price of staging. The cheapest of the two home staging quotes cost me 7X what Domonique wanted for the exact same service.

If I do say so myself, my house was not ugly but the staging that Domonique provided gave made people looking at it say Wow! I also liked Domonique's social media work. The TikTok video she had made with the Kardashians dubbed in was both funny and made the house look impressive.

In addition to staging, Domonique provided so much more service than this review can mention. I can't say all of the things she did to go the extra mile but I will say she put in over 20 hours of work to help me on things that nothing to do with the sale of the house.

Finally, the end result was that I got two offers within the first three days of the listing and after a bidding war in a buyer's market, we accepted an offer which ended up being $10,000 more than we asked for. I'll always be happy and grateful that I managed to find Dominique and think you will too.

We made a decision to sell our home in Old Town Camarillo. I originally reached out to a discount broker to represent us, my primary motivation was the savings on commissions. The discount real estate agent was very kind and provided some good insights on a couple of small items that he recommended should be repaired prior to going to market. When it came to pricing the house, I reviewed the documentation that was presented and although it supported his sales figure, I thought that it was extremely low. I eventually split ways with the discount real estate agent and reached out to Domonique Rodriguez.

Domonique listened to my concerns and quickly demonstrated a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Old Town Camarillo. After further discussions, we agreed to a game plan that included getting the property appraised, which alleviated my pricing concern. We agreed that the property was undervalued by the previous discount real estate agents original quote by $36K. This figure was more in line with my expectations.

Once listed, Domonique really took over and did a fantastic job securing the right buyer for us. My involvement at this point was minimal. I have used a realtor twice before in my life, and found them to be expensive and they did not add much value to the process. Domonique was very hands on throughout the process and really listened to what was important to us. Not only did she successful close our transaction, but did so in less than 30 days and with a $15K premium over asking. I don't believe that we would have been as successful if we did not use Domonique, I highly recommend her.

She also personally decorated my house since it was vacant after my tenants left. It's kind of cool that she's a realtor and also owns a professional staging company. She told me early in "since I show buyers on a regular basis, I know what's appealing to them and not," which I believe to be true because we ended up receiving multiple offers.
